Accommodation terms and conditions

(Scope of application)

Article 1 Accommodation contracts and related contracts entered into by this hotel with guests shall be as stipulated in these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs. I assume that.

 

2. If our museum agrees to a special agreement within the scope of laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

 

 (Application for accommodation contract)

Article 2 A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with our hotel must provide the following information to our hotel.

(1) Name, age, gender, address and occupation of the guest
(2) For foreigners, nationality and passport number

(3) For foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan, we will ask you to present your passport, and we will make a copy and save it.
(4) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(5) Other matters deemed necessary by this museum.
 

 2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will treat the hotel as having applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. Process.

 

(Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)

Article 3 The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the museum proves that it has not given consent.

 2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel must be paid up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay (or 3 days if it exceeds 3 days) by the date specified by the hotel. Payment is required.

 3. The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest ultimately has to pay, and in the event that the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the application fee will be applied to the cancellation fee and then to compensation. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded at the time of payment of fees pursuant to Article 12.

 4. If the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this only applies if the hotel notifies the guest of this when specifying the due date for payment of the application deposit.

 

 (Special agreement that does not require payment of application fee)

Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Ryokan may accept a special agreement in which payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph is not required after the conclusion of the contract.

 - 2 - 2. If the hotel does not request the payment of the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment date for the application fee when accepting the application for an accommodation contract, the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph shall apply. will be treated accordingly.

 

 (Refuse to conclude accommodation contract)

Article 5 The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.

 (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.

 (2) Fully booked

(3) When it is deemed that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may violate the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.

(4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c).

(a) Organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups") as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), Article 2, Item 6 of the same Article Organized crime group members (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group members"), quasi-members of organized crime groups, people associated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.

(b) When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.

(c) A corporation that has one of its officers who is a member of an organized crime group.

 (5) When a person seeking accommodation engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.

 (6) When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.

 (7) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.

 (8) When accommodation cannot be accommodated due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.

 (9) When it falls under the provisions of Article (No.) of the Prefectural Ordinance.

 

(Guest's right to cancel contract)

Article 6 The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.

2. If the Guest cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract due to reasons attributable to the Guest (in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2), the Hotel shall specify the due date for the payment of the deposit. (Excluding cases where the guest cancels the accommodation contract before payment is made.), a penalty fee will be charged. However, if our hotel accepts a special agreement under Article 4, Paragraph 1, in accepting the special agreement, our hotel will notify the guest of the obligation to pay a penalty if the guest cancels the accommodation contract. Only when you do.

 3. If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting us, or (if the estimated arrival time has been specified in advance, the time after that time) , the accommodation contract may be treated as having been canceled by the guest.

 

 (Our museum's right to cancel the contract)

Article 7 The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

 (1) When the Guest is deemed to be at risk of committing, or has committed, an act that violates the provisions of laws, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.

 - 3 - (2) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C.

(b) Organized crime groups, organized crime group members, organized crime group associate members, organized crime group related persons, and other anti-social forces.

(b) When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.

(c) A corporation that has one of its officers who is a member of an organized crime group.

 (3) When a guest engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.

 (4) When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.

 (5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.

 (6) When accommodation is not possible due to force majeure such as a natural disaster.

 (7) When it falls under the provisions of Article (No.) of the Prefectural Ordinance.

 (8) When smoking while sleeping in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or not complying with other prohibited matters (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) set forth by the hotel's rules of use.

 2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided to the guest.

 

(Registration of accommodation)

Article 8 Guests must register the following information at the hotel's reception desk on the day of their stay.

 (1) Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation

 (2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry

 (3) Departure date and scheduled departure time

 (4) Other matters deemed necessary by this museum.

2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges under Article 12 using a method that can be substituted for currency, such as a credit card, the Guest must present the payment in advance at the time of registration as described in the preceding paragraph.

 

 (Room usage time)

Article 9 Guests may use guest rooms at the hotel from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 the next morning. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.

 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accept guest rooms available outside of the hours stipulated in the same paragraph only if the room is vacant on the day.

 

(Compliance with usage rules)

 Article 10 Guests must abide by the usage rules established by the hotel and posted within the hotel while inside the hotel.

 

 (Business hours)

Article 11 The business hours of the main facilities of our hotel are as follows.

(1) Check-in reception hours: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. The hours listed in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary. In that case, we will notify you by an appropriate method.

 

 (Payment of fees)

Article 12 The details of accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the Guest are as listed in Attached Table 1.

 2. Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. as described in the preceding paragraph shall be made in currency or by an alternative method such as a credit card approved by the Hotel, at the time of the Guest's departure, upon request by the Hotel, or at the time of check-in.

 3. Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the hotel has provided a guest room to the guest and the guest is able to use the room, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

 

 (Responsibility of this museum)

Article 13 The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damage caused to the Guest in the performance of the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or as a result of non-performance thereof. However, this does not apply if the damage is not due to reasons attributable to the hotel.

 

 (Handling when the contracted room cannot be provided)

Article 14 If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the guest's contracted room, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for another accommodation facility with the same conditions as possible.

 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the hotel is unable to arrange other accommodations, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation fee, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for the inability to provide a guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.

 

 (Handling of deposited items, etc.)

 Article 15 When damage such as loss or breakage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables deposited in the hotel by the guest, the hotel shall be responsible for the damage, unless it is due to force majeure. I will compensate you. However, with regard to cash and valuables, if the hotel requests a declaration of the type and value of the item and the guest fails to do so, the hotel will compensate for the damage up to 10,000 yen. Masu.

 2. Loss, breakage, or other damage is caused to goods, cash, or valuables brought into the hotel by the guest that are not deposited in the hotel due to intentional or negligent behavior on the part of the hotel. In this case, the hotel will compensate for the damage. However, for items for which the type and value have not been disclosed in advance by the guest, the hotel will compensate for damages up to 10,000 yen, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.

 

 (Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects)

Article 16 If a guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, it cannot be stored in the hotel. Only if the hotel agrees, we will take responsibility for storing baggage that arrives between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation, and hand it over to the guest upon check-in.

2. If the guest's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the hotel after the guest has checked out, and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and provide instructions. I shall ask for it. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner cannot be identified, the item will be kept for 30 days including the date of discovery, and then delivered to the nearest police station. 3. In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the responsibility of the Hotel for the storage of the guest's baggage or personal effects shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of Paragraph 1, and in the case of the preceding paragraph The provisions of paragraph 2 shall apply. However, food, drinks, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.

 

 (Parking Responsibility)

Article 17: Parking on the street in front of the hotel is not permitted. Please park your car at a nearby coin parking lot before visiting. Bicycles cannot be parked on the street either.

 

 (Guest's responsibility)

Article 18 If the Hotel incurs damage due to the Guest's intention or negligence, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
