Since there is no reception by staff, please leave the key on the table before leaving.
There is no staff on-site, so we ask that you send your luggage yourself.
You can use a nearby delivery store.

If you want to send it to your next accommodation or the airport you are departing from, you need to send it at least two days before the scheduled pick-up date.
There are several bicycle sharing ports nearby, so please use them.
You will need to install a dedicated app to use them.
The surrounding area has bicycle traffic restrictions. In addition, there are many narrow roads, so cycling while sightseeing can be dangerous.
If you plan to ride a bicycle, please check the bicycle rules of Kyoto City in advance.

If you plan to ride a bicycle, we recommend the following areas.
・Along the Kamo River
・Okazaki Park area
・Arashiyama Cycling Road (please use the rental bicycles in Arashiyama)
We have baby beds and baby chairs available (one of each).
If you would like to use them, please let us know by the day before and we will prepare them for you.
If you have paid the child rate on the reservation site, it will be included in the price.
If you have not paid the child rate, we will ask you to pay the additional fee at check-in.
